Read the entire form before you start preparing your nomination.   It is recommended that you create all your content in a text editor, then cut and paste into the form.   Complete all sections of this form and press the submit button.   Only female IEEE Canada members who have graduated with their first undergraduate degree in electrical and computer engineering (or a like program) within the previous ten years and who are active in IEEE activities are eligible for nomination.

        (not GOLD or WIE related)     (up to 600 characters)

3.4   Describe any IEEE GOLD or WIE volunteer activities your nominee participated in -
