The IEEE Canadian Foundation occasionally awards special grants that do not fall under the catagory of McNaughton Scholarships or McNaughton Learning Centre Grants.

The IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) is a technical and professional institute with about 350,000 members in approximately 150 countries. Students comprise about 50,000 of these members. The IEEE includes 35 or so technical speciality societies that includes computer, communications, and power engineering (the three largest) as well as electron devices, implications of technology, ....
